Seeing IS Believing!
Come visit us!
We welcome the opportunity to show you our campus and to introduce you to some of our students, faculty and staff. During your visit to High Mowing you will experience:
- our warm and welcoming atmosphere where you are encouraged every day to be yourself.
- our classes and meet our faculty who will inspire you to become who you want to be.
- our beautiful location, set atop Abbot Hill, overlooking the Souhegan Valley with its rolling pastures and farmlands, with views to North Pack Monadnock mountain and the entire Wapack Range.
As a prospective student, you will be guided through the day by your Student Ambassador. You will have an opportunity to attend portions of the Main Lesson and other classes if you so desire. You will enjoy snack break and also a delicious and organic lunch, prepared with locally grown produce. You will have a unique opportunity to see what the school day, or a portion of it anyway, is really like. During your visit you will also have time for your interview, required for the application process, with a member of the admissions team. Your parents will also have a tour of the campus, visit a class and have a conversation with a member of the admissions team.
Visits are scheduled, for parents and prospective students currently in eighth grade and above, as part of the application process. Admissions visits take place on weekdays, beginning at 8:45 a.m. and ending at 1:30 p.m.
Tours of our campus are also offered for parents and prospective students in grades six and seven. This tour generally takes about an hour and is scheduled on weekday afternoons.
