High Mowing School warmly invites you to a David Anderson Music Fund benefit concert featuring Fiona GRAHAM '13 on Harp. Please join us Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Big Room. The program also includes performances by Joy Flemming, bassoon, Peter Sheen, voice, and Mark Ferguson, piano. Donations to the music fund will be accepted at the door.

Students and faculty spent the morning last Tuesday cleaning up the campus in honor of Earth Day. The day's work was organized by students in Keith Badger's Environmental Issues class.

Celebrate Spring by joining us for two Spring events. Finian's Rainbow will be presented by High Mowing students on May 1, 2 and 3 at Pine Hill Waldorf School. This annual all-school musical is always a production that shouldn't be missed! Then enjoy the spring weather with a May Day celebration at High Mowing School on May 3. This year Pine Hill Waldorf School and the Temple-Wilton Community Farm join High Mowing School to create an top-of-the-hill celebration for the Wilton community.

Summer Renewal Courses will be back on campus this summer! The Center for Anthroposophy offers two weeks of inspiring courses for adults. Waldorf teachers, parents and trustees as well as artists, thinkers and seekers will enjoy the varied offerings.

High Mowing is fortunate to have Florian Osswald, a 30 year Waldorf teacher and consultant to Waldorf schools around the world, spend two days with us on March 25 at 7 p.m. for a conversation about these issues.

High Mowing School recently received the Land Ethic for Tomorrow (LEFT) Award from the New Hampshire Land Surveyors Association (NHLSA) at its 2013 annual meeting. The LEFT Award recognizes an individual, company, or government agency that has made unique and significant land-use decisions based upon accurate and complete land information gathered and used in an advanced and innovative manner.
