Movement Education
Students begin each day with 30 minutes of movement before they go to their morning block class. Activities vary, and are often connected to the block topic. Yoga, ball games, Zumba, yoga dance, tai chi, and dance are just some of the morning activities offered.
In addition to Morning Activity, an afternoon movement class is required for all students for one trimester a year.
