Sometimes the lessons are beyond words.
Robert started his teaching career in 1974 at the college level in England and the US. In 1982, his deep interest in Waldorf education led him to teach English to grades 1–2 at the Freiewaldorfschule, Ueberlingen, Germany, where in 1993 he took a grade 4 class through grade 8. He moved to the US in 1998 to take a first grade class through grade eight. Since 2006, Robert has been teaching classes in math, economics, humanities, German, gardening, and myriad other courses to HMS high school students. Throughout his many years of teaching experience, Robert has held several faculty leadership positions.
