Dajana joined the HMS faculty in 2021. She has worked as an early childhood assistant teacher, a preschool teacher, and as a kindergarten teacher.
Her professional expertise and interest lie in curative education, therapeutic storytelling, and puppetry to support the social emotional development of the children. She enjoys working with children's foundational senses to promote bilateral integration, spatial awareness, and overall sensory development through circle time (movement circles), outside play, table activities and other crafting projects that are part of the early childhood curriculum.
Before becoming a teacher, Dajana was a state-certified fashion designer and founded a small business specializing in sustainably produced cork goods.
