6:30–8 p.m.
Pine Hill Children's Village

Sherry Jennings leads this workshop series offering ways to learn new skills to support your parenting in immediate and practical ways. Specifically addressing questions such as:

  • Would you enjoy more cooperation and harmony in your home?
  • Would you like to be able to model for your children the peace and compassion you want them to bring to the world?
  • Would you like to establish a connection with your child that can withstand the "wear and tear" of the teenage years?
  • Do you yearn for deeper connection with yourself, your child, your partner?

This workshop explores ways to build relationships through speaking and listening compassionately, and develop tools for creating the harmony you want to have in your home.

Sherry has completed a two-year Nonviolent Communication Leadership Training Program, attended numerous week-long workshops on Compassionate Communication (also called Nonviolent Communication), and completed a three-year Nonviolent Communication Mediation training. She has taught Compassionate Communication to teens and adults. In addition, she has been a Waldorf teacher for more than 45 years.

Fee is on a sliding scale of $75–$120, with scholarships available. For more information or to enroll contact Sherry.
