High Mowing's May Day festival pays homage to both community and the rhythms of nature. Welcoming back the sun's return, bringing new life and warmth, is reflected in maypole dances, which depict the joyful planting of seeds. Each year, High Mowing is excited to open our campus to the widest community to enjoy this celebration, with games for children, theatrical performances, singing, and art — a true definition of what makes a community thrive.
