Working with Compassionate Communication and Restorative Practices to generate Conflict Resilience in our School Community
High Mowing School is pleased to host the AWSNA Northeast/Quebec Regional Conference from March 21-23, 2019.
Michael Frosch, Hawthorne Valley Waldorf School School Director, will lead the conference with the Keynote presentation on Friday night. As we strive to meet our ideals as Waldorf schools, we inevitably encounter conflicts -- with parents, with students, with each other. Michael will share some thoughts from his experiences at HVS about how compassionate communication and restorative practices can support us to meet some of these challenges.
Saturday's conference will continue with the second part of Michael's lecture, followed by a variety of morning and afternoon workshops. Workshop registration is required by March 9; download the conference brochure for workshop presenter and topics.
Rates: $109-$129 Reference AWSNA Regional Conference when booking to receive this discounted rate.
