Last year HMS Board President Mary Graham donated Perspective, an original 18" by 54" oil painting of Frye Field, to High Mowing to be raffled. The proceeds went to the Frye Field Campaign, and the raffle was won by alumna parent Claudia Duchene!
Frye Field has been conserved, and you can have a view of it right in your own home! We are pleased to offer a Limited Edition of 32 fine-art prints of Perspective! These archival print reproductions are beautifully mastered by Hunter Editions in Maine. Each signed and numbered print is 10" x 30" with white borders on premiere archival stock. These prints are available at $250 each, plus shipping. To buy your view of this beautiful conserved land, email Jan Kingsbury, Director of Development, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Today is a historic day at High Mowing School! This morning we signed the final papers transferring ownership of 101 acres of Frye land from the Frye family to High Mowing School. Those 101 acres, plus 49 acres of High Mowing's existing campus, are now conserved. Gary FRYE '66 (left) and HMS Board President Mary Graham (right) signed the papers in the Emmet House. Ian McSweeney (middle) of the Russell Foundation facilitated. Thank you to everyone who made the preservation of this land possible!
