A Four-Year Journey

High Mowing School's innovative high school program is structured to allow for the fullest possible immersion in selected subjects and disciplines along with regular and repetitive practice in others. A carefully constructed year-long series of cornerstone Block classes meets daily for 150 minutes, with subjects changing every three to four weeks. Skill-building track classes in subjects such as math and foreign languages meet daily throughout each trimester. Afternoons are comprised of intensive two to ten-week long 110-minute elective and required classes in a variety of disciplines, which often augment the morning Block classes.
