The Culinary Art program at High Mowing School is designed for students who want to learn the art of natural cooking. Students will work in our fully stocked and equipped professional kitchen with our skilled and trained chef, baker and support staff. Food will be produced by the skill of the hand and a method of deep perception.
While working with fresh, organic, and biodynamic food, and
produce grown in our own gardens by the students themselves, students will develop an appreciation for and communication with nature—as well as an understanding of the true value of good food. The skills they develop will lead to an inner discipline which will follow them throughout their lives.
